I have a blinking green power light on my old Dell?

I have an old Dell Dimension XPS H266. When I push the power button, the green light blinks endlessly and nothing happens. No beeps, either.

Blinking green light indicates that it is in standby mode. Press a key on the keyboard, move the mouse, or press the power button to resume normal operation. If it is not that try this: Remove the power cord, (and main battery for laptops)
Hold the ON button in for 20secs (dispersing internal power)
Put the power cord securely back in, and turn on.
